Lewisham — complete groundworks package

Aruci South East delivered the complete groundworks package on a constrained site in Lewisham, hemmed in by terraced housing and a live street frontage.

The work ran from excavation through reinforcement fixing and formwork to the finished reinforced concrete slab, with deliveries and plant movements sequenced around neighbouring properties.

Contract value £250,000. Completed ahead of programme.
