Ipswich — car park civils and external works

A repeat client asked Aruci South East to take over a car park refurbishment in Ipswich at short notice, against a completion date that had already been fixed.

The package combined buried services, hard landscaping and security works across an area that had to stay in use throughout:

• New electrical ducting installed across the car park
• Block paving reinstated to the frontage outside the local shop
• New wire-mesh fencing between the car park and the neighbouring garages
• Associated excavation, reinstatement and finishing works

Careful sequencing and daily site management held the programme together, and the works were handed over on time and to standard.
